Circle Groups
Are you...?
- a parent or carer managing everyone else's daily practical and emotional needs,
- a neurodivergent person navigating overwhelm
- a counsellor or psychotherapist
Welcome to Circles with Siana…
I offer facilitated support circles for parents, carers, counsellors and neurodivergent people who want a gentle, structured space to reflect, share, and connect. These groups are non-clinical, inclusive, and open to all genders.
If you’re interested in joining a mutual space to connect authentically with yourself and others, you're in the right place!
What is a Circle?
In a nutshell, a Circle is a group where we come together to share and to offer each other our presence, time and attentive listening.
It’s a gentle slowed down space, perhaps something of an oasis in an otherwise hectic life, where our aim is to witness each other without offering solutions or advice …

Imagine no shoulds, no well meaning advice, no “fixing”, no strategies, no techniques!
Instead, a space where each person is seen and heard compassionately and without agenda.
Why now?
I believe ...
Connection is our primary need

Yet most people are more isolated than ever

By and large, the ways we communicate don't work
At least not outside of our own clans
Therefore, the only way things will change on a micro or a macro level ....
is if we find new ways to connect

Why Circle?
I'm a psychotherapist with 25 years experience, currently working in private practice.

For a number of years I have been sensing a gap for those of us who yearn for a sort of connection which is somewhere "in between" the relationships we have with family and friends and the type of support available in individual therapy.
Do you ever find yourself juggling all the things while quietly wondering, “what about me?” (I have!)
Circle offers us a space where we all have permission to be separate from our roles, whether that's within our families, our work or anywhere else. It gives us space where we can all be seen and heard, however we need to be on any given day. That is rare.

What you can expect from joining a Circle

Feel less alone - A supportive space to connect with others who really get what you’re experiencing, especially helpful for busy parents, carers, neurodivergent adults, overwhelmed creatives, those from marginalised communities. But actually anyone really who is alive in 2026 and trying to manage the global polycrisis we find ourselves navigating every day.

Be heard without fixing or advice - A facilitated group where you can share openly without judgement or pressure, where listening matters more than solving.

Share in your own way - A trauma‑informed and neurodivergence affirming approach that helps you feel seen and understood: bring your story, questions, or silence… just as you are, whatever you need.

Connect and heal through resonance - hear others' experiences and begin to make sense of your own.
Ongoing connection - not just a one-off session, but part of a gentle rhythm of support, ideal if you’re navigating burnout, a sense of invisibility, emotional overload or life transitions.

Limited numbers so you won’t get lost or overwhelmed, supporting open-hearted, compassionate and brave dialogue.

Skilled, trauma-informed facilitation - held by a qualified and experienced psychotherapist with experience of burnout, neurodivergence and emotional load

Tailored circles - a growing range of spaces available for neurodivergent people, counsellors, parents and professionals. There will also be open and closed circles and a range of options for frequency.
